5:00pm: Arrival & Pre-Event-Dinner.
14.11.2025, Friday
10am – 4pm: Main gathering (conference).
4pm – 6pm: Individual recreational time.
6pm – Midnight: CreatEVE Festival + Gala Dinner + Fireside Party.
15.11.2025, Saturday
10am – 5pm: AI in Education Conference in cooperation with The Mindshift. We will explore current technology, best practices and what will come next.
15.11.2025, Saturday
If you prefer to spend the Saturday more casually discovering the city there will be also spontaneous whatsapp groups for walks, lunch and other activities.
